All official support is handled through our Discord server, where our moderators and team members manage incoming requests.
To submit a support ticket:

Create a ticket by following the prompts.
A verified team member will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
⚠️ Important
The Origin team will never DM you first or ask for private keys, wallet phrases, or personal details.
Only respond to messages from verified moderators within the official Discord.
If you suspect a scam or impersonation attempt, please report it immediately in the Discord support channel.
